This news item should show as collapsed news article with basic info like number of bugs fixed, number of new features and number of back-incompatible changes.

  • Save current application version use this to determine which changes to list
  • [ ] Show collapsed summary info
  • [ ] Navigate to new page on "Show more..."
  • [ ] WhatsNewShowMorePage
  • When user visits show more page, mark it as read
  • Navigate to release noted page on GitHub
