Issue Description

It was not clear to me or others when originally looking for issues related to the VS2022 IDE extension that this repo appears to be meant specifically for Visual Studio 2017 and 2019. It could be helpful to add a "Supported Platforms" section to the README as well as a note pointing users of VS2022 to the new repository, as well as adding mention of it in the "About" section of this repo.
