The bug

When I Try To set My spigot.yml's bungeecord option is to true, server ping is floating around 5000 - 100 MS

When i try to set my bungeecord option is false, server ping max floats 5-6 ms.

• I am using BungeeCord and not a fork. Issues with forks should not be reported here.
• I think this is not an issue with a bungeecord plugin.
