Problem

CodeQL scanning currently doesn't support Swift 5.9 and, therefore, we disable it in #19. For more information see StanfordSpezi/SpeziTemplateApplication#43.

Solution

Reenable CodeQL scanning once support arrived for the latest Swift version.
