Update TestNG to Allow Removal of SnakeYaml Version Override #14

Currently, TestNG 7.3.0 is used, which has a dependency on SnakeYaml 1.21. The build currently overrides this manually to 1.27 to consume a security fix.

Once a native update is available, update TestNG and remove the overridden dependency configuration
