/whois could benefit from also showing (if exists) a player's status for:

banned, muted, kick

time command was used, which one(s), and reason(s) given

Also would be nice where they were last at

As of #99, current ban and mute status is shown on /whois. I personally think that the time/reason list thing would be better off as a separate command, and I'll look into that later.
