Localization support

It seems this tool only support English user interface. I have made a little hacking translation by creating a new theme with different language, it almost works.
But there are still some text resides not in theme but directly in code like module.title, etc.

Please add support for multi-language user interface. so people can add their own translation to populate this project.

I didn't do that in a while and the field evolved dramatically since.
How do you generally prefer to configure language translation?

I'd love to integrate with something like https://translatewiki.net/
