We should add a note about this and the OIDC login stuff. People need these creds in order to hook PowerBI into the platform, and there are other use-cases as well.

Notes for later from justin:

to generate some minio creds

  1. go to vault.covid.cloud.statcan.ca
  2. Login with OIDC (from the dropdown). just leave the textbox empty
  3. open the cli from the top right corner
  4. read /keys/profile-
