@cboin1996 Would this ultimately result in a postgres service available in the user namespace? If so, great, as this would allow us to store the mlflow server metrics there. FYI @blairdrummond

We might be able to make the gitea/postgres architecture reusable enough to copy-paste the postgres setup for MLFlow. What do you think?
