Tasks to complete:

• Explore options for deploying yaml (with go) see link as a start point.
  • explored helm sdk and have created a local cli for deploying gitea helm automatically with go: https://github.com/cboin1996/k3d-gitea
• Modify the Dockerfile to include the multi-stage helm installation
• Transfer the work from https://github.com/cboin1996/k3d-gitea to the profiles-controller, and test locally to confirm that gitea works with the self contained postgres.
• Perform steps for deploying the new gitea controller to dev, using gitea with self-contained postgres.
