Implement the new workflows

Based on what was found in #240 .

Let's implement these workflows in our solution:

• common_frontend_tests.yaml
• jwa_docker_publish.yaml (similar to our publish.yaml) --> Not taking in since it's too similar to our publish.yaml, and our publish.yaml is already all setup for us.
• jwa_frontend_tests.yaml (same-ish as our frontend_tests.yml, we just need to update ours)
• jwa_intergration_test.yaml --> not taking this in since it deals with manifests and those are contained in another repo for us.

decided to replace our frontend_tests.yml with their jwa_frontend_tests.yaml since it was doing the same thing except the upstream one had more content.
