License date information should be stored as DATETIME instead of TIMESTAMP #72

We have discovered an error, when the user adds an end date that is later than 2038. The license information does not get stored in the database.

After researching, came upon this
laravel/framework#32882

Recommendation would be change the field type to DATETIME.
