Focus keywords counters not updating on Content and META title fields

The "Focus keywords" counters are not updating automatically for both the Content and META Title fields.
It is working as expected for the Meta Description field however.

If I save the resource and manually reload the page, then I see the correct keyword counts for all fields.

No errors shown in browser console or MODX error log.
