After installing SEO Suite 3.1.4 (on MODX 3.0.5-pl) and creating a Sitemap page with the snippet. Only pages residing in root/top-level seem to be added to the Sitemap. Child pages do not show up in the Sitemap even after saving the settings multiple times.

Maybe one thing to note is that friendly_urls and use_alias_path are set.
