Test ideas:

Compare two normal hosts files (one host per line)
Hosts files with multiple entries per line.
Hosts sourced via http.
Hosts files containing duplicates within. Permute unique prior to processing?
Handle files that are not, in fact, a hosts files.
Massive hosts files.
