[Feature Request]: Add fillable form fields

Add the ability to add fillable form fields (text fields) to PDF pages, and then download fillable PDF

Why is this feature valuable?

Adobe still has too much of a lock on this feature, and Stirling could make it more accessible to everyone! This is a very useful annotation feature which allows PDFs to be equipped with text fields that a recipient can fill out easily in any PDF reader which supports fillable form fields.

Suggested Implementation

The ability to add form fields to PDF pages in an UI similar to the PDF Multitool would be awesome.
