Tool positioning is a nightmare without having the proper frame of reference or an example of such.
Describe the solution you'd like
I heard from a holder of Dev Tier access that there is an "Eyes" Blender/Maya file that can be used as a reference for avatar positioning, so you can properly position tools. I havent seen that file but that would be an example of something nice to use as a reference point for where tools can be placed.
Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternate to providing the avatar would be similar to an old Tutorial SLG has on their youtube for a torch, if that prefab was included we would at least be able to find out the positioning through importing the Torch FBX into blender/maya and determining origin point for positioning.
