Support for PTZ control #20

Hi,
I'd like to be able to control PTZ cameras via NDI. Here's the docs on that (starting page 32) NDI SDK Documentation.pdf

In addition, it would be quite useful to be able to read a cameras capabilities, see page 24 and following.

Unfortunately, I don't know enough C++ to make that happen.
