Reauthenticating Trakt scrobbling resets addons to defaults, deleting installed addons

Describe the bug
Trakt was down for a while today. I thought it might be useful to re-authenticate Trakt scrobbling in my Stremio account. I deactivated Trakt scrobbling in my account settings then reauthenticated. When I opened the Stremio app all previously installed addons were gone and previously uninstalled default addons were reinstalled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Stremio account settings.
2. Click on the Logout button next to Integrations -> Trakt Scrobbling.
3. Reactivate and authenticate Trakt Scrobbling.
4. Open the Stremio app on any device to see addons have been reset to defaults.

Expected behavior
Enabling or disabling Trakt scrobbling should have no affect on installed addons.

Which app version exactly have you used? Web app or Shell?

I primarily use the Android TV app, but when the issue occurred I was on my laptop. I most likely first noticed the problem in the web app, since I've gotten in the habit of using that when reconfiguring addons. But I primarily use the Linux desktop app for actually using Stremio on my laptop. I don't remember exactly, but when the issue occurred I most likely first noticed that my addons had been reset by opening the web app to start reconfiguring my Trakt-related addons, but I know I immediately checked the other apps to verify that my addons had been reset on my Stremio account and it wasn't just a glitch on the one app.
