[Feature]: allow to mark entire series/season as non-watched

Feature Description

According to some comments I read this was possible before the redesign, why did you decide to remove essential features? I've seen some dev saying they would add this feature back, over an year ago.
Sometimes people like to rewatch series and it's very annoying knowing which episode was the last one watched, since every episode will be already marked as "watched", from the previous time it was watched.

you can mark the entire series as watched by adding it to your library and clicking mark as watch on the item itself. Currently in v5 there is no option to mark rest as watched as in desktop v4

This only removes the tiny checkmark on the series poster image, it doesn't remove the "watched" flag on individual episodes.
For example, I did what you said and it removed the checkmark on the series as a whole but each episode still has it. I would need to mark all episodes as non-watched one by one.

I've tried both v4 and v5, both have the ability to mark only the series as a whole, not individual episodes.
Please don't remove this feature in future updates but improve it, I bet I'm not the only one that uses the "watched" flags as a bookmark to know where I stopped.

Yes because marking an episode as watched and marking a library item as watched are two completely different things.

Well, it shouldn't be two different things, it doesn't make sense to mark an item as watched/non-watched and all the subitems don't follow the parent's state. I understand it might be a technical limitation but nonetheless it's very non-intuitive.
