Are you on the latest version of Nitrox?

Yes, I'm on the latest commit of the repo (only for experts).

Which OS are you playing on?

Windows

On which platform did you buy Subnautica?

Epic

Describe the issue.

Fragments that appears on the ground (not in containers) spawning sometimes. I'm always finding >=2 fragments, that spawned in each other. And also, fragments is local for every player

(I was turned on "Load Full World". I don't know if it could have had any effect)
