Setup interview: Add warning about private repositories

In the setup interview somewhere (https://github.com/plocket/docassemble-alautomatedtestingtests), add the warning below.

If your GitHub repository is private, your test account will need to be linked to a GitHub account that has access to that private repository.

I'm adding it to the Suffolk docs now.
