page id: kickout screen for no paperwork

1. Check the I am not a robot box - quotes should only be around 'I am not a robot' box, box should not be inside quote

page id: court information

add information on how to find this - make it more clear that they DON'T have a choice (feedback susggests make it clear that they don't but as I understand it they do not)

page id: user role

gives options for plaintiff, petitioner or defendant or respondent.. help button explains difference between categories of starting or responding, but not explain difference between plaintiff/petitioner or defendant/respondent... do they need to define?

page id: motion title

everyone using this form already has a case in court, is there anywhere they can find helpful information to name the motion ?

page id: service information

repeat in the subquestion that delivery includes mailing a copy of the motion, only using delivery in the subquestion makes it seem like they have to deliver it to them
