Adding another option to the "signature choice" page. #52

The page with the id: signature choice asks the user if they would like to sign using their computer mouse or their phone. The court would like to know if there can be an option added that allows the user to sign by hand. If that option can be added the court would like to do so.

hasn't been brought up by current group and are pushing e-filing option so not sure if this is still a concern?
