- I was outside of the United States for more than 30 days in a row
- I received assistance to pay for rent or food
- I received money from a lawsuit or lottery winnings
- My immigration status changed
- I got divorced
- I got married
- I started living by myself
- I started living with someone else
- Something Else

We might want to include more changes such as:

• Name change
• Phone Number change
• Mailing address change
• Change in number of household members
• Admission or discharge from halfway house or prison
• Receipt of an arrest warrant
• Changes to bank account balance or the value of things you own
• Conviction of a criminal offense
• Income change

We would have to write questions for each of them in the interview and include fields for the outputs in the template
