Download of hahomematic to 2025.1.5 for V1.78.0 not working

after updateing component to V1.78.0 connection to RaspberryMatic is not possible anymore. In logfile I could see errormessage regarding downloading of https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/38/2f/18dd8d2845c4441a5cc056606221638db905f714b0d9b7b7dc1316d0ddb6/hahomematic-2025.1.5-py3-none-any.whl.metadata not possible. (DNS problem).

But on Terminal ping to host and download of URL with wget is no problem.
Some others reports similar problem and they assume it can be caused by IPv6. But in my setup, I don't have IPv6 DHCP Server active. But I''ve disabled IPv6 in HA and restarted HA, but problem still persist.

Also 3 complete restarts of HA did not improve anything.

Previous version 1.77.0 works fine and therefore I reverted. Maybe somebody do have an idea, what could be the problem.

Sorry dependency loading is not part of this integration.
Looks more lke a local problem.

I can't see in this ticket #1981 any information of update problem of the hahomematic 2025.1.5 .
And I would be happy to see all the existing devices. Therefore I've created this post.
Do you have an idea how to troubleshoot ?
What else is doing HA, after downloading the file ?

Problem solved by changing DNS order, as commented in linked post home-assistant/core#135054
