Ios not compiling

I have the project configured correctly ... in the emulator it works in debug ... but when I go to compialr to upload to testflight ... I get the error that appears in the picture with the package flutter_idensic_mobile_sdk_plugin .... the other thing is that I can not disable the bitcode that you recommend in the documentation ... how is it possible to do that I can not find it in my Xcode ... can you help me ?
