drawLayer error after layer is removed from map #17

Hi,

I am getting such errors when layer is removed from map but there are still scheduled next call for drawLayer (probably by needRedraw)

"ERROR TypeError: Cannot read property 'getSize' of null"
(this._map.getSize() in drawLayer function)

probably there is missing check if layer is already removed before drawLayer call.
