The end of ALTRA64

Hello everyone, i write this to announce the end of support for ALTRA64. When i started this fork was for correct the inperfections and add more things.

I decided to do this because I don't have the same interest as when I started and i prefer to move my sforces to N64FlashcartMenu, witch is a better and faster menu.

the only disadvantages are:

ED64 and clones's support are (for now) work in progress.
No backup and restore mempak function.
You can't use cheats, but they are confirmed to be in.
