Hi,

As in title: has anyone tested this together with the standard MAC-5871F WiFi module, in parallel? I need to retain that for centralised monitoring by a 3rd party, but want local control as well.

It cannot run in parallel by itself. You'd need to write code for it to do that.
There is this solution that has it build in so it is possible.
