Unknown filetype in data directory causes the validation to fail #21

Presence of a hidden file in the data directory caused a failure when trying to validate a number of RDF files in a directory.

(This also affects running the queries, should an unknown filetype be found within the queries directory, but that logs an error and continues with validation)
