database not starting

attached is my database log when I try to run my compose file.
my docker service kind of broke, and copied my backup of my instance to a new machine hoping everything would just work, but the DB just won't start :

I thought the app wasn't starting because the database wasn't starting.

According to the message, the database does not exist, or it has not been migrated.
Without knowing what has been migrated and how, it is difficult to deduce anything further.
