owncloud upgrade path to 9.1

I plan to propose 3 PRs for each owncloud version required to upgrade current 8.1 package: each for major versions: 8.2, 9.0 and 9.1 and expect to get them work properly for both DSM 5.2 and 6.0 (not yet ready for 6.1)

My objective is also to address related issues: #1979 #2409 #2136 #2072

Owncloud is already at 10.0.9.
I've been building owncloud packages using spksrc (just replacing the kit version) as of 8.x, they install and run fine on DSM 5.2 and DSM 6.
What is needed to get this in the spksrc repo?
