Hello,
After installing the ruTorrent package I have the following errors in notification and the path for creating .Torrent is empty.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with ruTorrent, so I'm not going to be able to help.

Also - any chance you could switch to English to give more of us a shot at understanding what the error might be?

Hi,
here is the translation of the error:

[23.06.2017 17:27:26] WebUI started.
[23.06.2017 17:27:26] The web server does not have read / write / execute access to the tmp directory. RuTorrent will not work. (/ Usr / local / rutorrent / tmp)
[23.06.2017 17:27:26] The rTorrent user does not have read / write / execute access to the tmp directory. RuTorrent will not work. (/ Usr / local / rutorrent / tmp)
[23.06.2017 17:27:26] rss: Some features will not be available. The web server can not access the external program (s). (Curl).
[23.06.2017 17:27:26] rutracker_check: The plug-in will not work. The web server does not have permission to list the rtorrent session directory. (/usr/local/rutorrent/var/.session/).

Updates (like proper DSM6 support) will be handled in #2215 and maybe PR #3175.
