Inserting Element just once in Root Element

Hi,
i have a working setup in exporting xml document from a sheet, i get xml i want, except for one missing element i am not able to figure out how to include in the sheet in order to get it in the export everytime right away.

Is there a way to insert this element with the help of ESD extension?
