TAPO deactivated onvif support with latest firmware. Problem is already known in the community

JurajNyiri/HomeAssistant-Tapo-Control#312
home-assistant/core#91661

1.3.6 on C200 HW1.0 (possibly others too) has buggy pullpoint, but webhooks work.
