bug on the new site: calendar won't let me return to the current month

On the calendar on the new site, in monthly view it shows the current month by default. When I click the right arrow it advances to the next month, but when I hit the left arrow it does not return to the current month. This seems to only affect the current month, if I advance forward multiple months it lets me return as far as the month after the current one (Dec 2024 at time of writing), but won't let me return to the current month.
