<h2>DGMM: International Conference on Discrete Geometry and Mathematical Morphology</h2>

<p>The conference on Discrete Geometry and Mathematical Morphology (DGMM) is a joint event between the
two main conference series of IAPR TC18, the International Conference on Discrete Geometry for
Computer Imagery (DGCI) and the International Symposium on Mathematical Morphology (ISMM).
The first DGMM edition happened in Uppsala, Sweden, in May 2021, 5 years after the extension of the
scope the TC 18 to Mathematical Morphological.

<p> DGCI is a series of conferences on Discrete Geometry
for Computer Imagery. After several conferences organized in France,
DGCI became an International Conference by its participants, its
scientific committee and then by its location. </a></p>

published by Springer Verlag, in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science
series. </p>

<p> ISMM is the main series of conferences dedicated to Mathematical Morphology. The first editions were
initiated in Spain and in France (1993 (Barcelona) and 1994 (Fontainebleau)). </a></p>
