Improve general view of the menu

This issue is part of an ergonomic audit report (see #204 for full report).

The membership of the sub-services in the "Services" tab could be clearer. If several other services are added, it can make a very busy menu.

Recommendation: In order to better understand the prioritization:

• Increase the left margin of the sub-tabs.
• Apply a smaller font size to sub-tabs than to to the tabs.
• Increase the margin between the last sub-tab and the tab "Deployment" tab
• If there are more services added in time, maybe give priority to adding perhaps prefer to add the services in the Service page and not directly in the not directly in the menu.
