issue in bowtie-InFusion

Hi, we run EasyFuge after 3-5 days without any specific error and without consuming cpu or RAM, we see freezing of software in this step. Would you please look to the log and inform me about this issue? I should mention that we could get result of another sample in 4 days with our server (80 thread, 256G RAM).

Hi @M-Farshchian ,

first of all, thanks for your feedback!
InFusion should not exceed the capacity of your cluster as it uses Bowtie2 as alignment software which is quite memory-efficient.
But in order to make sure, could you please send me the size of your input data (read counts)?
