Refresh of Season Summary causes all episodes to be listed as "Previously Seen"

Bug Details

While in the Summary tab window of a Season for a TV Show that have episodes listed as "On Disk" and perhaps a few "Previously Seen", if you click the Refresh button, it will change all episodes to "Previously Seen". The only way to change it back is to click on a different Season or Show.

Expected Behaviour

Refresh should clean up display and episodes should be listed as is.

Current Behaviour

Episodes changed to all "Previously Seen"
