Hi,
I am running openSUSE Tumbleweed on KDE Plasma 6, using the Polonium KWin script for autotiling.
If the window is resized, fullscreened, or otherwise changed, I have noticed that the album art being used for the background will disappear even when the album is still playing. This occurs with polonium disabled as well.

Maybe a fade-out would be better? Or perhaps just dimming it while being resized, instead of completely disappearing?
The way it instantly disappears right now does look a bit jagged, making it look like a bug since it returns as a fade-in, which is different from how it disappears.
Part of the issue is how the shifting UI looks against the static background during resizing, it doesn't look good. So it needs to be an instant full fade out.
(The other part of the issue being resizing)
I can't think of any other app that does this album art glass effect so I got no reference on how that's otherwise done. Unless it's stretched and so heavily blurred that the stretching isn't noticable.
