No

What is your feature request?

I would like to have support for watch is Android/Apple or watch app.

The app could display only basic info like current activity page in mobile app.

Are there any workarounds?

No, I think at least current android app does not support watch API

I use the tautulli website on my watch and it scales just fine and i can see the activity, galaxy watch 4. But a dedicated wear os app would be amazing
