Crafter not crafting items

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

The crafter is not crafting the items after a few rounds

I use EnderIO with ExNihilo Sequentia and when i try to craft 4 ore pieces into a raw material using the crafter. it works for 2-3 "rounds" of crafting and then i apparently just doesn't recognize the items anymore and stops working. All 4 ore pieces are correctly inserted and the crafter says "the machine is ready to work" but doesn't do anything

Expected Behavior

It crafts the items

How to Test

• Place crafter
• insert cap
• supply power
• enter crafting recipe
• automate delivery of items with conduit(with item filter)
• wait a few crafting rounds

Have you seen this behaviour with other recipes, or only this Ex Nihilo one? Thanks!

I just tested it with a few wood logs that i crafted into planks, but I've noticed a strange phenomenon: When i use a second crafter (a few blocks away) everything works, even with the modded items, but when I enter the recipe in crafter 2 (but no craftable items), the previously bugged crafter 1 suddenly remembers the recipe and starts working again... then after a few seconds it just forgets the recipe again and stops
