Hypothesis to test: repositiong the 'How it works' section will increase the number of contributors

In the beginning (mid 2020), the 'How it works' section was placed first on home page, since the platform (dignitas.ro) didn't have much content. Meanwhile, the list of statements replaced the 'How it works' section in terms of vertical order of display.

Since the idea of collaborative fact checking is still new in Romania, it would be useful to find out if a different, more proeminent place for 'How it works' section would increase the number of contributors on dignitas.ro.
