Describe the feature you have in mind.

Players who do not want Copper Overriders can turn off all features from the config file, but the toggler and redstone headlight will still remain copper. A config to turn them into copper-free redstone blocks would be nice

Does this solve a particular problem?

This will expand the player's choice of how to play the mod and the players who want to play Copperative without Copper Overriders feature can also enjoy the new redstone editions Toggler and Redstone Headlight

I personally don't feel like this fits the base idea of copperative (a mod based around copper). The reason why there are options to disable the copperfication of other blocks is because overriding them without an opt-out would feel a bit invasive of these blocks from other mods
