docker-compose up taking too long to complete #29

I am running docker on windows 10 when i run this command after installing aquarium it is taking too long to complete about its been 2 hours and it is still installing it seems like something is repeating itself ...does anyone face the same issue ?

That is running properly, Try using the command docker-compose up -d
