Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eeb4aZObp-0 in NewPipe
2. The video start dubbed in another language

Expected behavior

Being able to choose the language in which the video plays, or playing it in the original language.

Actual behavior

The video plays dubbed in a random language.

It seems to be a new feature on YouTube. For the moment, I can only find it on videos from Hacksmith Industries' channel. Here's other examples of video affected :
