Steps to reproduce the bug

The Loading takes forever, i tested with Samsung Note 9, Samsung 20FE about 42 Subs load fast, then it waits 8s for the next 42 Subs... this was not the case in Version 27.2 both devices loaded fast.

Expected behavior

No stopping at 42 Subs

Actual behavior

Waits at 42 Subs

That's intended to avoid YouTube rate limits, See issue #11661

Can you add an option,

1. update list if app is brought to front , run an update in background, without hiding the items, just drop in new items as they get loaded.

2. once app in use and a video is being played update list from time to time, make sure it has enough time to complete loading it might not be wise to run an update while shorts are playing.
