Move background player controls to the top

I think it would be nice if you move background player controls to the top from the bottom of the screen, where it is now.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it

This is because a background player progress bar gets in the way of Android 10 gestures. Specifically, swipe from the bottom gesture to go back to home triggers an unwanted change in the music progress bar.

How will you/everyone benefit from this feature?

I just started using Android 10 gestures and concur that swiping up can sometimes accidentally touch and affect background player control.
